For U.S. deliveries, we offer standard Ground shipping and expedited delivery via 2-Day, Overnight, and Saturday Rush services. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may have limited shipping options available.

For Canadian deliveries, we provide standard shipping and Express delivery.

For international shipments outside of the U.S. and Canada, we offer a Global Shipping Program on select items. This program allows us to display international shipping costs at checkout and manage customs paperwork on the customer’s behalf for a simplified experience.

Delivery Timelines

Ground Shipping

Grandin Road processes orders for ground shipment within 2 business days of order confirmation. Actual transit days depend on the customer’s proximity to our fulfillment centers, with most continental U.S. deliveries arriving within 5-7 business days after the order leaves our facilities. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other non-contiguous territories have longer delivery timelines that will display during checkout.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping shortens delivery windows at an additional cost. We process expedited orders within 1 business day of order confirmation. From there:

International Shipping

International delivery speeds vary widely depending on customer location. At checkout, the available shipping methods will display transit day estimates per destination, accounting for processing times as well as customs and import procedures. On average, international shipments require 5-10+ transit days after departing our facilities.

Grandin Road ships to over 100 countries worldwide, but we cannot guarantee delivery schedules for every region. Our Customer Experience team is happy to provide quotes and discuss expectations for international orders.

Order Processing & Handling

We make every effort to process and ship orders quickly to commence the delivery timeline. Orders that qualify for our standard Ground or Expedited shipping are typically processed within 1-2 business days after the order is confirmed. Orders containing personalized or customized items require additional production time before shipment, upwards of 5 business days.

After an order is processed by our fulfillment team, the customer receives a shipment confirmation email with carrier tracking information. Tracking updates can be used to follow the delivery status.

Grandin Road reserves the right to split orders into multiple shipments based on inventory availability at our various fulfillment centers. Customers will only incur one original shipping charge for split shipments.

During peak sales seasons such as the holidays, order processing and shipping timelines may be delayed due to high order volumes.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Fees

Grandin Road aims to provide reasonable domestic shipping rates based on order size, item weight/dimensions, and delivery timeframe selected. Customers can view shipping cost estimates during checkout based on their order contents and destination ZIP code.

In alignment with common carrier practices, Grandin Road applies a fee for expedited delivery options to account for extra transit and handling costs. Oversize/overweight items also incur added carrier surcharges that display at checkout.

##Receiving Shipments & Inspection

The customer or authorized recipient must be present to sign for and receive the shipment if a signature is required by the carrier. If no adult is available at the shipping address to accept an order requiring signature confirmation, the customer may retrieve items from the carrier location or can arrange redelivery for a future date. Grandin Road does not permit shipping to P.O. boxes due to signature requirements.

We encourage customers to promptly inspect shipments upon delivery and report any shortages, defects, damages, or other issues to Grandin Road within 48 hours whenever possible. Reporting timelines and requirements may vary for specialized delivery services. Notifying us quickly facilitates efficient resolution for any fulfillment problems experienced.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

If for any reason the customer is not fully satisfied with items received from Grandin Road, we provide convenient options for returns and exchanges in accordance with our Return Policy. Approved returns are refunded per policy guidelines.

Return shipping costs are covered by Grandin Road if the return is due to our error, such as shipping incorrect or defective goods. For returns or exchanges due to other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
